2.2 One Account Policy
Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account termination. Operating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method may be subject to investigation.
2.3 Account Verification (KYC)
222ba reserves the right to verify the identity of all members. The following documents may be requested for verification:

- Recent bank statement or utility bill

3 Age Limit and Eligibility
3.1 Minimum Age
222ba services are available only to individuals aged 21 or older. Creating an account or using the services by anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited. Assisting a minor in gambling is illegal, and any such activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.
3.2 Geographic Eligibility

- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable once wagering is complete
5.2 Promotional Offers and Tournaments
222ba periodically offers various promotions, cashback, tournaments, and special prizes. Each promotion will have its own terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated on the relevant offer page. 222ba reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
5.3 VIP Program
Our VIP program has five tiers, each offering weekly cashback benefits:
- Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%
- Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.4%
- Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.6%
- Platinum — weekly cashback up to 0.8%
- Diamond — weekly cashback up to 1.0%
You can move up to higher tiers through regular and active play. Cashback is credited to the account automatically every week.
6 Betting Rules
6.1 General Betting Terms
The following policies apply to all betting activity on the 222ba platform:
- All bets are final once confirmed and cannot be changed or cancelled
- If an incorrect result is displayed due to a technical error, it will be reassessed according to the correct result
- In the event of any dispute over a game outcome, server logs will serve as the final evidence
- 222ba reserves the right to set maximum bet amounts and change betting limits at any time
6.2 Sports Betting
The following rules apply to betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports:
- Live odds may change at any time after a match has started
- If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded

7 Prohibited Activities

- Abusing the bonus system (bonus arbitrage, claiming bonuses through multiple accounts)
- Using software, bots, or automated methods to gain an unfair advantage
- Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs and not reporting them
- Attempting to access another member's account
- Creating an account by providing false or misleading information
- Betting on behalf of a third party or professionally operating a betting syndicate
- Threatening or harassing other members of the platform
8 Account Suspension and Closure
8.1 Account Suspension by 222ba
222ba may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- If the Terms are violated
- If fraud or deception is suspected
- If the member does not cooperate with the identity verification process
- If the member participates in prohibited activities
- To meet legal or regulatory requirements
In the event of account termination, funds obtained through fraud will be forfeited. Please contact the support team to recover any legitimate funds.
8.2 Account Closure by the Member
